Review:
The first chapter of The Silent Wave sets the scene for a tense and intriguing story. From the beginning, I was keen to get stuck in and discover what happened to lead to the events at the start of the novel.
The Silent Wave centres around six couples. I didn’t find any of them particularly likeable, but I loved the way the author portrayed the dynamics both within and between the couples. The timeline of the novel moved between the past and the present frequently and this helped us to see how the characters came to know each other and gave us some insight into the many secrets and lies between them.
The novel is quite short and easy to read, but as the story unravel, it becomes quite complex. There are several twists and turns as the plot gathers pace and I enjoyed seeing where the story would go. The Silent Wave is a really enjoyable novel.
The Silent Wave is available from Amazon.
