Review:

I’ve never read anything by AB Morgan before but I will definitely be reading more! I loved her writing style and her ability to embroil me in a complex and compelling storyline.

The Bloodline Will is the second in a series. At the beginning, I think I would have benefitted from the background information that would have come from reading the first; however, it did not take long for me to become familiar with the characters. They each have individual traits that make them fascinating to follow and the descriptions of them are very detailed and help the reader to build up a clear picture of them.

In The Bloodline Will, the action moves between several scenes, from a psychiatric hospital to a race track to an escape room. I was transported to each one really easily and enjoyed seeing how the characters reacted in the different settings.

As the novel reaches the end, there is a definite sense of danger and the tension is really palpable. I really wanted to find out the answers to the questions that are asked in this novel and I was on the edge of my seat until the end.
