Today I’m delighted to be taking part in the blog tour for Together. My review is written with thanks to Anne Cater for inviting me on the tour and to the publisher for my copy of the book.

Review:

As soon as I saw a sample of Together, I knew I had to read it in full. The illustrations are absolutely stunning and I loved that even after several readings I could still find something new that I hadn’t spotted before.

The words in Together are written by Marianne Laidlaw and they too are beautiful. They really complement the illustrations and struck a chord with me. The pandemic is never explicitly mentioned but there are many aspects of the book that could relate to the current situation and I really appreciated the heartwarming message that came from the pages.

Together is a book I will return to again and again and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a short, sweet and uplifting read.
