To find her husband’s killer, Keisha must smuggle herself back inside the secure unit she spent years trying to escape from.
BEHIND HER EYES meets THE SILENT PATIENT
Review:
The prologue of Over Her Dead Body sets the tone for a novel that starts with a bang and doesn’t let go. It has everything you need in a psychological thriller and I was desperate to see where this story would go.
The chapters in Over Her Dead Body are narrated alternately by Keisha and Myra. This gave me some interesting insight into the characters although I was never sure if either of them were completely reliable and this made the journey much more thrilling. There are scenes of domestic abuse which some readers may find difficult to read, but I found them very realistic and the sense of claustrophobia I felt whilst reading was immense.
It is difficult to describe the novel in detail without giving away spoilers but it is very cleverly plotted and I will remember it for some time to come.
Over Her Dead Body is available from Amazon.
