September is just a week away, and this year I’m pleased to be joining the September Reading Challenge for the Teenage Cancer Trust.
Each participant sets a personal challenge for themselves, and this is something with which I’ve struggled. As a blogger, I read quite a lot anyway, so I wanted to set a challenge that would push me and encourage people to donate. My reading has really slowed down this year so I will be aiming to read 1000 Kindle locations every day. However, I want to challenge myself further and read from genres that are outside my comfort zone. I haven’t written a list of specific books as I would for 20 Books Of Summer, but I have received some suggestions from friends, which includes horror, science fiction, fantasy, children’s and Young Adult, historical fiction and non-fiction. I’ll try and read as much from these genres as I can over the month.
I’d love some sponsors, and if you’d like to sponsor me the link is here. I know times are difficult for a lot of people but anything you can give would be appreciated. I’d also love suggestions for books that are outside my comfort zone!
Thank you so much for your support!
